Consultations

At the consultations this is where we will see if your natural hair is suitable for hair extensions. If so, we will colour match your hair and answer any questions you may have. Consultations will enable clients to discuss colour, method and length requirements.

We will ask you to complete a consultation form and then if your happy to go ahead, we will take a deposit to secure your appointment and get your hair ordered in. We will then set a date for you to come back and have the hair extensions fitted. This is normally a week after the consultation but it will all depend on how flexible you can be with dates.

The fittings date can not be held until you have attended the consultation.

Once you have paid the deposit, please note that this is non-refundable due to having to order the hair in. Please ensure you are happy to go ahead prior to paying any deposit.

Please also turn up to consultations with the hair colour you wish to have matching the extensions. If you have recently had your hair coloured then please come to the consultation a week later once you have washed your hair and the colour has settled. If your hair colour changes from your consultation date, we will not be held accountable for this.

Consultations will take 15-30 minutes, depending on how many questions you might have.
